Location

Our Bradenton Florida home is conveniently located 10 minutes from Anna Maria Island and IMG Academy. There are many excellent restaurants within 5 miles of our home. We are 20 minutes from the Sarasota/Bradenton Airport and 1 hour from the Tampa Airport.

Bedroom 4 - Bunk beds plus trundle - Top bunk is a single bed, bottom is a double and trundle bed is a single (sleeps 4)

Game room - 1 queen Murphy bed (sleeps 2)

Our relaxing outdoor space includes a HUGE fully fenced in backyard and private HEATED salt water pool. Amenities include outdoor grill, board games, foosball, air hockey, pack-n-play, high chair, stroller, beach chairs, beach umbrella, beach towels, coffee maker, blender, kettle, hammock, wifi and outdoor dinning area.

How far are you from the nearest beach?

We are 5 miles from Anna Maria Island. We are conveniently located between two bridges to get to Anna Maria Island - the Manatee Ave (close to Manatee Public Beach commonly referred to as Holmes Beach) and Cortez Ave (close to Bradenton Beach and Coquina Beach). This gives guests two options for getting on Anna Maria Island.

How many people can stay at your house?

We allow 12 guests at our house - maximum of 8 adults. We require all guests to be 26 years of age or older unless staying with a parent. Our home is located in a family friendly neighborhood. We have a strict no party policy at our house.

What is your cancellation policy?

We require half of the payment for your stay at our house at the time of booking. This is non-refundable. The second payment is due 60 days before your trip. We encourage all guests to purchase travel insurance to protect your payment.

Do you allow pets?

We allow a maximum of 2 medium sized dogs on a case by case basis. There is a $200 pet fee. We require renters with dogs to sign our pet agreement that goes over our pet policy.

How do I make a reservation?

Go to the Contact Us section below or click the Book Now button at the top of the page to send an email request. Tell us about your group (name and ages), dates you would like to book and what brings you to town. We ask guests to sign a rental agreement acknowledging our policies. We currently accept payment through PayPal, Venmo, and Zelle. We do ask for a credit card number to have on file for any damages. How far are you from the airport?

We are 20 minutes from the Sarasota/Bradenton Airport and 60 minutes from the Tampa Airport.

Why book direct?

To save money! When you book through Airbnb and VRBO a "guest service fee" is added to your reservation. This can be as high as 15% on top of what you are already paying for your rental.
